I've been looking around on this forum a few days and I want to learn to make weapons, so could anyone tell me a good place to start from?

make new weapons as in new designs, or just change damage and stuff?

Apathy Cannot Inspire.
Ambivalence cannot lead.
Loved me. Feared me.
Changed me. Killed me.
Anything would be something.
But nothing is worst of all.
