Hello everybody I was wondering if any of you could perhaps create a wearable madame minzche dress for my chracter?

Not possible without great difficulty since it's attached to the entire mesh of her character.

It's possible,but like Noctus said it takes great difficulty. All i could tell you is that you would have to export the model to 3ds max and from there individually remove everything except the clothing;and flatten the chest area.
