I don't think that's enough. Those meshes likely aren't dynamic and are probably just morbid decorations. In order to get them working for use for a mesh swap you'd have to change them from static to dynamic meshes. If you wanna play as a skeleton, do a mesh and bone swap(and maybe cappearancedef swap) with one of the undead creatures.
