If none of those give you what you need, be specific about what you're asking.

Are you asking about how to use FE? To create texture entries? To export textures so that you can edit them? To import textures that you've edited?
Are you asking about tools to edit textures with? How to use tools to edit textures?
Are you asking for the technical specs of the dds container format? Or the mathematical equation to determine the exact amount of lossiness the DXTn image compressions have?
