No. Changing the physics of the Hero changes him regardless of clothing worn. And wings have been on my list of things to do for a while now, there are some practical problems to work out as well as a few other kinks, because as it is now the wings fall off when doing a wing animation. I may decide to just not use flapping animations, so they'll just move with the Hero, but not on their own.

Your levitating thing, as well as the limitations for the levitating thing, don't count on it.
