I can't tell you exactly, cause my hobe cave is exactly like you. Splash error is not important, i got it everytime i launch Fable with Fable Explorer.

Splash is the image you get when you launch the CD Disk of Fable, where you can install, that just running before you launch the game tought. I take the screen of the original folder cause my english isn't really good Smile.
