You posted 2 topics on this as well as a double post in the mods thread, so don't be suprised if people don't respond. Your just being annoying.

And of course you weapon menu will lag from all the things in your inventory, that's just commen sense. As for it still lagging after you re-install the game? That would have nothing to do with the mod at all.
