Not sure if this is the kind of effect you mean but here goes anyway:

nope just looks cool

how to make it

1. open fable explorer
2.click the waepon you want
3.click cweapondef
4.look through effects.big for the effect you want (the one i used if called fire lightning or something to that affect)
5.scroll down in the cweapondef and find the effects section (it should be marked)
6.change the current numbers in the 2 boxes to the id number of the effect that you want
7.apply/save changes

This should give you the effects seen in the screenshots thread.
