Oakvale:

Immigration has turn Oakvale and the surrounding areas into a Metroplis. It Expanded to the point where it enveloped the bandit camp and Barrowfields. Oakvale has since taken on a role of complete democracy. Freedom of religion reigns supreme. Chapels of every god real or fictional have sprung up. An Arena is being built an partially functional. It is rumored to host the bloodiest battles since the old Kingdom was around.

The former bandit camp has since become a large seedy market place where almost any good can be acquired for the right price. But more than likely you'll be robbed and killed if you have that "right price".

BarrowFields has since become pure farmland mixed with guard shacks to prevent any creatures wondering in from the dark woods.

There are people in power who would like to see Oakvale become the new capital of Albion.

---------
DarkWood:

The dark woods have expanded as well. All attempts to clear the forested area has met with failure. One of the outlaying farming villages of Oakvale claim to have a pack with the denizens of the Darkwood for protection. But this is a rumor at best. The woods have swallowed up the haunted house (a former tourist attraction after THE HERO ridded the area of hostile creatures), and the Darkwood Chapel of Skorm.

The Darkwood Chapel of Skorm has since been abondoned as Freedom of Religion was declared in Oakvale. As such The New temple of Skorm is located in Oakvale and considered much safer to worship at.

-----------
Bowerstone:

With the influx of immigrants to Albion Bowerstone has grown as has all the cities. Though not as much as Oakvale. It is still the official capital. It is currently ruled by Thunder who somehow managed to maintain the antimagic field around the city. The former ruler Lady Grey has been murdered. Her body was found laying butchered at the doors of the bowerstone tavern cellar. With her death the field of antimagic weakened but was quickly restored when Thunder took over duties. There is now a power struggle within Bowerstone to both keep it as the capital and keep order.

---------------
Knothole Glade:

Knothole glade has become the bastion of rangers and druids. The original village has since been demolished and rebuilt to better breathe with the witchwoods. The village has been divided into 3 sections now. Part is in the trees. Part is on the ground. And part is IN the ground. Each supports wildlife retreats as well as trading posts. The Arena Located in the Area is no longer owned by the knothole glade area. It is owned by Bowerstone. And the surrounding area has been cleared with a permanent archway built to teleport people back and forth.

----------
Witchwood:

With the Defeat of Jack of blades and uncovering of the Sword of Aeons and news that Old Kingdom blood still flows within the populace. The Witchwood area has come alive. And not with people. The Forest has expanded to encompass the entire region. The temple of Avo was swallowed and destroyed by the great forest. Ruins have since been unearthed by the shifting of the ground. And any runes found glow brightly. Great magical beasts never seen before have been rumored to now reside in the Witchwoods.

----------
Hookcoast:

Hookcoast hasn't seen much growth as far as population. But it has become the main provider of metal goods mined from the mountins of the location and is a frequant stopping point for those wishing to travel to the Northern Wastelands. A Statue and grave mark the spot of Maze's death at the now functioning Lighthouse door.

--------------------
Northern Wastelands:

Not much is still known about this area. The books written by Albions can hardly be used as reference material. As such Jack of Blades escaped to the wastelands after his defeat at the hands of THE HERO. Traveling to the Wastelands is dangerous at best and often fatal. The land is without any recognizable source of magic yet Undead roam it as freely as humanoid races roam Albion. And are just as plentiful. Undead Hunters (Rangers of the Wastelands) have been unsuccessful at penetrating far into the wastelands. It is rumored though that a great City of the Dead exists deep within the wastelands with untold riches.
