Ok so ive finally given up on modding myself so i downloaded a couple of wep retextures do i spawn them into a chest or is there away where i can put them in inventory.

You don't spawn them, you load the BIG, save mods and run Fable, and the change is there. It's not a new item, you see, it's just a different texture.

you spawn the item that has been retextured. so if you say retextured an item called OBJECT_BOOK_THIS_HAS_BEEN_EXPLAINED_BEFORE then you would simply add that item to a chest, bookcase, shop or spawn it on the ground somewhere.
