i messed up and put a kraken in the picnic area and dont know how to delete it, i really shouldnt have done that.

Open the PicnicArea.tng file in the FinalAlbion folder and scroll down to the kraken and delete the entry from NewThing to EndThing.

kind of off topic but i have to ask: did it work? or did it crash the game? if it worked then I may have a new first move when i fix my computer and reinstall fable... House with a kraken inside it anyone?

Nope. Because of how the kraken is put together, no one has as of yet been able to produce a functional kraken anywhere else.

when i went to it it says it cannot find an appropriate program to open the file.
