How do I make it so that the hero holds his weapon backwards? [message #56140]

I want to make it so that he holds it sort of ninja style like. Sort of how Galen Marek wields his lightsaber in SW:TFU. How do I rotate it? I have chocolate box.

Rotate the helper on the model where the hero holds the weapon.
In 3ds max or blender that is.
I believe the helper is named weapon_focus_01, not 100% sure though, it's been a while sine I've looked at a model.

Helpers? What is that? Ah well, guess i gotta find a tutorial for Blender. Thanks.

EDIT:
What exactly do I do? I found a tutorial of how to make a weapon from scratch, none for rotating a weapon. Help?
