I accidentally screwed up my heros holding position, it is now in his left hand.It looks all screwed up and i cant change it back.
I changed it by going into CCarrayaledef in CREATURE_HERO and switching round the two numbers, I have already changed it back but it didnt work.
please help

Make sure you clicked Apply Changes otherwise it wouldn't have worked. If you changed them back exactly, it should work.

2 options come to mind;
1. Get a clean Game.bin of the game disc[s]
2. Load a restore mod like the one found here

Also; make backups before modding, saves us all time.
