ok so i found out this webbsite today and thoguht i wouldd try ti download some mods once i downloaded FE i got some mods and loaded them up i clicked save mods and run fable and i went to load my charecter when it was loading the game crashed i tried again and it crashed before i installed the mods it worked fine how can i stop the crashing before my brother wakes up and found i messed up his game

Uninstall the game, check if there are files left behind in the c:\program files\microsoft games\fable bla bla, if there are; delete them, then make a fresh installation -> keep your savegames though...

Oh, and if you ever start modding ANYTHING again: make backups before you make any changes, Rolling Eyes

i was some kinda chicken cannon

any ways i reinstalled it and dealeated FE cause that messed it up in th first place and it still crashed plz help

Are you talking about the chicken longbow by MoreRunes?

Theres the Chicken_Longbow fmp and a patch. Install the patch second.

And if you reinstalled, it should work.

Deleting Fable Explorer doesn't do anything.

As has been made perfectly clear, uninstall, make sure all files are gone, you have been made aware of how to keep your saves, and again, keep backups.

If you damage your files, then you replace the backup file you made with the damaged file, Thats why we do it.

It's amazing how many times i hear that question Wink
