A minor text and game.bin edit

it replaces the tramp beard, I never really thought the tramp beard had much of a use since there is nothing else to be used along with the tramp beard.

Bandit Beard works better, should give...

Alignment: -14

~You could do it yourself, it's a very very simple text and alignment mod, basic stuff really.

Read the Wikki and use the Search function.
