You know there's a mod called FablePain that allows you to have Weapons and spells anywhere in the game including, Bowerstone North, and well... anywhere that I can't remember!

With FablePAIN you can't use weapons in the mayors house Razz

, but besides that it also allows you to kill children, hehehe, kill all the children in Bowerstone and donate books to the school, and especially "The Windbreaker's Rulebook", I'm not going to tell you what'll happen, but you'll find out for yourself.
