this is kinda dumb but i clicked on the link to see what everyone is doing and theres an annymous coward browsing a topic i dont have permision to look at? how can a random person look at something i cant?

means that they have left browsing the site but is still recorded as here so since the site cant say that they are browsing somewhere else it just says that you cant see what topic they are browsing
